Find out what’s important to them, what tugs at their heart, what it is that they want to be involved in, what they would like your company to assist them with. When both clients and collaborators feel they are understood and looked after, they tend to replicate that behavior.
Look into different organizations or volunteer opportunities where the members of your company could give back. See which ones are aligned with your values and decide from there what the best ways to collaborate are.
