Four Questions to Build a Purpose-Driven Team

Identify What Works Best and Leverage it to Become Stronger

“Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.” Steve Jobs

At PCI, we are laser-focused on delivering excellent services for our clients, while enjoying the process of our teams collaborating.

PCI recently completed a merger with Harris Connect, a company in the same market; similar history, similar goals, similar products. While similar in so many ways, we went about doing things differently. One of the companies has superior process when it came to producing our clients’ directories. Noticing this presented itself with an amazing opportunity to further refine the quality of our services.

“Working together, we were able to identify how to move all of our publications to unified platforms. This allowed our teams to be more efficient in completing publications for our clients,” Don Moody, PCI Associate, clarifies.

So, you may ask, what’s the big deal? Here’s the big deal: this allows us to design a great experience for our clients. We recognize which processes deliver the best results and cohesively put them together to create an outstanding service for our customers.

At PCI we focus on the process, not the problem, so as to identify what works best. This way of carrying out our projects helps us improve our creativity and keep an open eye for out-of-the-box solutions. Surely, this is just one example of how we identify what’s working and leverage it to make us a stronger company.
