PCI recently completed a merger with Harris Connect, a company in the same market; similar history, similar goals, similar products. While similar in so many ways, we went about doing things differently. One of the companies has superior process when it came to producing our clients’ directories. Noticing this presented itself with an amazing opportunity to further refine the quality of our services.
