At PCI, we invest resources in creating an empowering workplace culture for our associates to develop. In return, they increase their performance and do their best to serve our clients. “I’ve had customers tell me on the phone that they can actually hear me smiling through the phone, even though they can’t see me. My WIG, which is my wildly important goal this year, is to just keep smiling,” says James Hardgrave, PCI Associate.
We noticed that the more people feel at ease at work, the more positive they become. As a result, the productivity levels increase and our associates feel they are doing their best work and that they are acknowledged for it. At the end, it all just boils down to creating good vibes at the workplace.
